What is a noon Pickup point?
A noon Pickup point is a click-and-collect service where you can go and pick up your noon shipments from one of noon’s partnered stores.
How do I order using a Pickup point? (same as lockers)
- Upon checkout, click on “Add A New Address.”
- You will see all the available noon pickup point destinations in your area along with important information such as exact location, timings, etc.
- Select the location most convenient for you.
Once the address is in your address book, you can select the same during checkout and complete your order as usual.
- Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and an SMS.
How many days do I get to pick up my shipments?
- All packages delivered to the noon Pickup point must be picked up within 5 days.
- If you're not able to collect your package within this timeframe, the package will be returned to us, and you will receive a full refund.
What must I do to pick up my shipment from a Pickup point?
- You need to show your unique QR code to pick up your shipments. To get your QR code, click 'My Account’ on the noon App and click ‘QR Code.’
- Once you are at the Pickup point, show the QR code to the representative at the store. They will scan the code and hand over the shipment to you.
- And your transaction will be completed.
Note: The QR code is dynamic, so you will need to show the QR code using the app.
What Is the total order value for the Pickup point?
Max Order Value : UAE = 700 AED , KSA = 500 SAR
Max number of items in an order = 5
Currently, noon does not offer cash on delivery (COD).
Why wasn’t there any noon collect option for my order?
This could be due to various reasons:
- There may be no noon Pickup location in your vicinity.
- The items selected may be oversized, such as large appliances, TVs, or refrigerators.
- The items selected may be at risk of getting damaged, such as chocolates, frozen foods, chilled foods, etc.
- The order consists of more than 5 items.
Can I switch from the noon Pickup point to address delivery or vice versa?
Once you choose the noon Pickup point as your delivery address, you cannot change it to a home or office address.
My QR code did not work. Please help.

Can I drop my items at Pickup points?
As of now, the noon Pickup point does not support returns. Kindly request a return through the app or website and use an existing address to return any items delivered through the noon Pickup point. How do I know the active Pickup points?

Select the “Delivery Address Option”; at the bottom of the page, you will find 2 options;
- Add New Address
- Choose a locker or Pickup point.
- Press on “ Choose a locker or Pickup point.”
- A list of all active centers will be available and tagged on the map.
Note: Make sure to choose “Show me noon lockers and Pickup points“ on the upper right of the screen.
This will tag the active points and centers on the map while adding a new address.
