1. What is noon - Service Market TV installations?
noon has partnered with Service Market to ease the installations of TVs at our customer's place. Currently, we are only offering the service for televisions up to 65 inches in size.
2. How do I use this service?
To use the installation service, contact the customer support at 800-38888.
3. Will it be chargeable to the customer?
The service is provided free of charge. To benefit from the installation service, click on the link emailed to you and book the service. The link sent to you will be specific to each customer and can be accessed by email.
4. Is the wall mounting bracket included in the service?
The wall mount/bracket is not included in the service. You will need to purchase it separately.

5. Am I eligible for the service?
This service is currently available for those who have purchased a television on noon and requested for it to be delivered.
6. How can I book the service?
The service can be booked by clicking the link sent to you. After you click the link, you will be taken to a page like the below:
a) Select the size of the TV (Currently applicable till 65 inches only).
b) Select the TV bracket. If you already have a TV Bracket, select "Yes". If not, please select "No". You can always purchase a TV bracket from: https://www.noon.com/uae-en/electronics-and-mobiles/television-and-video/television-accessories-16510/tv-mounts-22554?f[is_fbn]=1
c) Select the available date and time for installation.
d) If you have any special instructions, please let us know about them.
e) Continue booking and fill in the contact details, providing the contact number on which you'd like us to reach you on.
f) Press continue and your booking is completed. Keep the order number handy as it will be used to help co-ordinate the service.
8. I have received the link, but it is not working.

9. The coupon got removed, I am not able to apply it again. What should I do?
We have emailed you the coupon separately. Please check your registered email.
Please copy the email and paste it in the 'Promo Code' box, and click 'Apply'. The coupon will be applied and the service is now free of charge.

10. I have been waiting for the handyman to reach my place at the designated time, but no one is here yet.
We try to ensure that the handyman is at your place as per the designated time slot chosen. If he is late, please contact us on 800 - 3 - 8888 or +971 4 4229639.
11. The television got damaged during the installation. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. To resolve this quickly please contact us at 800 - 3 - 8888 to file a complaint. We will resolve it for you within 48 hours.
12. I would like to reschedule my installation. Who should I contact?
The re-scheduling of the service is not possible 24 hours prior to the service installation date. Prior to that, please contact servicemarket at +971 4 4229639 or 800 - 3 - 8888 to reschedule the appointment.
13. The handyman is asking for additional payment, what should I do?
The installation service is already paid for, please do not pay any additional amount to the handyman. However, if you are purchasing or getting done any additional work, that would be at your cost.
14. The handyman denied to conduct the installation. Who should I contact?
