What is noon Community?
noon community is for noon customers to share their feedback or experiences about the products and sellers listed on noon’s website and mobile app (“Platform”). The following guidelines explain the manner through which noon Customers can share their feedback or experiences on the Platform and the content which is allowed and not allowed while sharing such feedbacks or experiences. .
Community features mean and include:
Who can participate
Any customer having a noon account with at least one delivered order can participate.
What’s not allowed
Content written in unsupported languages
To ensure that the content is useful, we only allow it to be written in our supported languages. At the moment, we only support Arabic and English.
Repetitive text, spam, or pictures created with symbols
We don’t allow submissions with distracting content or spam. This includes but not limited to:
- Repetitive text
- Nonsense and gibberish
- Content that is just punctuation, symbols, or emojis.
- ASCII art (pictures created using symbols and letters)
Don’t post content that invades others' privacy or shares your personal information. This includes but not limited to:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Mailing Address
- License Plate
- Order number
Profanity or harassment
It’s okay to express disagreement or discontent but be respectful. We don’t allow:
- Profanity, obscenities, or name-calling
- Harassment or threats
- Direct attacks on people
- Libel, defamation, or inflammatory content
- Or any derogatory content in any form or manner
It is not allowed to express hatred for people based on characteristics like
- Gender identity
- Sexual Orientation
It’s okay to use the community features to share the experience or feedback in respect of sex-related or sensuality products sold on noon. However, having said that , we still don’t allow profanity or obscene language. We also don’t allow content with sexually explicit descriptions.
For your safety and that of others, we do not allow any links to external sites.
Conflicts of Interest
It's not allowed to create, edit, or post content about your own products or services or in exchange for any form of compensation. The same goes for products or services offered by:
- Business associates

Plagiarism, infringement, or impersonation
Only post your own content or content you have permission to use on Platform. You're not allowed to
- Post content that infringes on others' intellectual property (including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets) or other proprietary rights
- Impersonate someone or an organization
Don't post content that encourages illegal activity like
- Illegal drug use
- Underage drinking
- Child or animal abuse
We don't allow content that advocates or threatens physical or financial harm to yourself or others. Jokes or sarcastic comments about causing harm aren't allowed.
It's also not allowed to offer fraudulent goods, services, promotions, or schemes (make money fast, pyramid).
It's not allowed to encourage the dangerous misuse of a product.
Consequences for Violations
Violations of guidelines make the community less trustworthy, safe, and useful. If someone violates the noon Community Guidelines, we will at our sole discretion carry one or more than one of the following actions :
- Remove such content
- Limit their ability to use community features
- Remove related products
- Suspend or terminate their account
If we find unusual reviewing behavior, we might limit the ability to submit reviews or visibility and effect of those reviews.
If someone violates local laws, we might take legal action that results in civil and criminal penalties.
How to report violations
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us where the content is and why you think it's a violation.
If someone offers you compensation for creating, editing, or posting content that violates our guidelines, forward the offer to email@example.com. Please include:
- Contact information
- Product detail page
- Screenshot of the compensation offer
After we receive your report, we'll investigate and take appropriate action.
