  • About Import Fees:

noon Global Store offers its customers import duties, taxes, and fees ("Import Fees") estimation during checkout and customs clearance on their behalf for shipments to KSA.

  • About Import Fees and Import Charges:

When you order products from noon Global Store, an estimate of the Import Fees will be calculated on your order and collected from you ("Import Fees Deposit" or "Import Charge").

With your authorization, these funds are used by the courier or another agent to pay the Import Fees on your behalf (or the recipient's behalf) to the appropriate authorities in KSA.

The payment of Import Fees is the responsibility of the importer and is levied based on the laws of the country into which the products are being shipped.

  1. Calculating Import Fees:

The amount of actual Import Fees charged by Customs authorities will vary depending on multiple factors. These include Customs regulations in the given destination,
the product category and price, and the shipping method selected.
Typically, Import Fees are calculated based on the price of the product after any discounts and promotions are applied but including shipping costs.
Carriers or agents use Import Fees Deposit and Import Charges to pay Import Fees on your behalf to the appropriate Customs authorities.
Import VAT is generally levied on all orders shipped from outside KSA.

The rate of VAT that applies to most supplies of goods in KSA is 15%. In addition to import VAT, orders equal to or over 1000 SAR will have duty applied,
and the duty is based on the classification of goods and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) value, and varies by country and region.

Import Fees are calculated based on the market value (actual price before any promotions) of the product and not the price after noon promotions.
Import Fees based on the pre-promotion price are then remitted to the destination country's customs authorities.

  • Import Fees Deposit:

Import Fees Deposit is an estimate of the Import Fees for the items in your order. It may not represent the actual amount paid to Customs authorities.

If any refunds are due, you'll automatically be refunded the difference to the payment method you used for the order.

You'll receive a notification email confirming the amount of the refund.

  • Import Charges:

Import Charges are a fixed amount for all customs-related processes and costs, including Import Fees paid to Customs authorities on your behalf.

Import Charges may not represent the actual amount paid to Customs authorities.
