Are there any rules for Cash on Delivery?

Certainly, there are a few guidelines that govern Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Certain items in the order may require payment through prepaid methods only (Credit & Debit cards, Buy Now Pay Later options, Wallets, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery isn't applicable for doorstep delivery collection, locker delivery, or gift addresses.
  • Customers may be restricted from placing Cash on Delivery orders if they have too many open orders awaiting delivery.
  • There is a limit of 6,500 AED per order in UAE and 6,500 SAR in KSA and 25000 EGP in Egypt.
