Can I return or exchange items purchased via Global Store?

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery receipt. Exchanges are not directly offered, return and repurchase as needed. Eligibility depends on the category.

Return Process
- Go to the Online Returns Center in your account.
- Select the item and the reason.
- Pack securely (original packaging/tags preferred).
- Use the provided return label for drop-off with the courier.

Timelines
Item reaches fulfillment center: Up to 7 days (may vary for international returns).
Processing and inspection: Up to 2 business days after receipt.
Refund to payment method: 5–14 business days (depending on your bank/provider).
