Can I return or exchange items purchased from Saudi Arabia?
Yes, we offer a return policy for eligible items purchased from Saudi Arabia. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information on the eligibility criteria and process.
Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 15-30 days for an item to reach us once you return it.
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-7 business days for the refund amount back to your original form of payment method.
*If you return an item that you received defective, damaged or incorrect, you'll be refunded the full delivery cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit or Import Charge, once your return is processed.
*For other return reasons, original delivery fees are not refunded and Noon will deduct return shipping fees, to cover international return shipping. If you wish to cancel your order/item before it is shipped, go to Cancel Orders.
