When you visit the platform, you can find products either by searching directly or by refining your results using filters.

Search for an Item

At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar. Simply type in the name (or part of the name) of the product you’re looking for and press enter.

Use Filters to Refine Results

Once your search results appear, you’ll see a set of filter options (on the left side of the website or via a menu on mobile). These allow you to narrow down your selection by things like:

• Brand 

• Price range

• Category

• Other relevant attributes (size, colour, features, etc.)

Search Tips:

• Make sure your search keyword is accurate and includes key attributes like product type + brand (e.g., “Samsung 55-inch TV”) to get relevant results.

• Use the filters to refine once the initial list appears. This helps avoid scrolling through too many irrelevant items.
  

• On the product pages, ensure you check for relevant tags such as “Express”, “Installation included”, etc., because these affect shipping, delivery time, or services.
