Delivery options

When you shop at noon, you’ll find a variety of delivery services designed to suit your needs, whether you want contactless convenience, same-day speed, or standard deliveries. Each product page and checkout will show which options are available for that item.

Contactless Delivery (“Leave it at My Door”)

One of the simplest and most convenient options is contactless delivery. With this service:

  • Your order is placed at your doorstep rather than handed over in person.

  • It’s only available for prepaid orders. 

  • There’s no extra fee, you pay the regular shipping cost.
    It’s available across the markets covered by noon: KSA, UAE, and Egypt.

  • You’ll receive a photo via WhatsApp (or the app) showing where your item was placed.

  • You can often combine this with other delivery enhancements (for eligible items) like same-day or consolidated shipping.

Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery

For items labelled as “Express” (or similar), you may have access to faster services:

  • Some products allow you to select Same-Day Delivery or Next-Day Delivery based on your city and availability. 

  • You’ll see banners/flags on the product page or at checkout showing whether the item qualifies.

  • The cost for these services depends on your location (city), the weight/size of the item, and the delivery type.

Standard Delivery

If the item isn’t eligible for fastest delivery, standard delivery applies. This means your product will be shipped as per the estimated delivery date shown at checkout. Your product page will show “Shipping & Delivery” details, including fees, estimated arrival, and any conditions. 

How to Choose the Right Option

  • When you reach checkout, you’ll see delivery type options (if multiple are available).

  • Check the estimated delivery date and shipping fee before placing the order. 

  • If you pick an express item, look for any “Same-Day” or “Next-Day” flag on the product page to verify eligibility.

  • Read the product page carefully: some items may have restrictions (size, weight, location) that affect delivery options.

  • Prepaid orders often open up more options (e.g., contactless delivery) vs cash-on‐delivery.

Final Note

Every item on noon may have different delivery eligibility and fees, depending on its type, seller, weight, your location, and stock status. For the most accurate and updated delivery information for a specific product, always check the product page.
