What is the Dubai Traders Program?

The Dubai Traders Program (DTP) is an initiative announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, under the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) to support the growth of Dubai-based SMEs. The program aims to encourage Emirati and non-Emirati sellers of all sizes, including new entrepreneurs, to adopt new digital channels, so they scale operations and reach new customer bases locally and regionally. It relies on key anchor partnerships with leading B2B, B2C, and specialized digital players to provide a suite of tools, incentives, and support mechanisms for sellers to get online.

What is the DET x noon Dubai Traders Program?

Under the D33 announced Dubai Traders initiative, Dubai Economy and Tourism has partnered with noon.com, the leading e-commerce platform in the region, to launch an e-commerce program  to support the growth of Dubai-based sellers. The program aims to enable sellers in Dubai to sell online by leaning on support from noon as a strategic online partner which includes seller training, onboarding support, visibility of seller products, and at a certain scale, forward deploying fast selling inventory into hyperlocal platforms (quick-commerce). This also includes visibility for seller products through our ads platform

Who is eligible for the program?

Any seller with a Dubai-based trade license is eligible for the program subject to noon’s onboarding policies.

Is the Program open to all nationalities?
