First Year Free access to noon One will be enabled for ENBD noon One credit cardholders who have:

1. Activated their card.
2. Activated noon One on the noon app/website.

Customers may activate the card through ENBD channels. Instructions to activate free noon One membership will be shared with customers via email after the card is approved.

Membership benefits are available only for the primary cardholder. Supplementary/add-on cards are not eligible to receive this.

To avail the first year free noon One membership, an ENBD noon One credit cardholder should activate the pack within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of card activation.

If the customer activates the membership after 6 months of card activation, the customer will receive 50% off the prevailing membership fee.

In case of card cancellation in year 1, the First Year Free noon One membership pack once availed, cannot be deactivated. Customers can cancel their membership plan, which will pause noon One benefits, after the billing cycle is completed.

In case of card cancellation (by the bank or customer) in year 2 or beyond, noon One benefits will be deactivated once the monthly cycle is completed from the date of card cancellation.

If the customer is on an existing paid or free pack of noon One and has activated noon One on this card, the existing pack cycle must be completed before the new pack on the ENBD noon One Visa credit card begins.

If an eligible cardholder has discontinued noon One membership in year 2 and wishes to reactivate later on the card, they will be allowed to reactivate the offer at 50% off the prevailing market price.
