• Can you offer more for my device?

  North Ladder is solely responsible for evaluating the device for its condition. Once a condition is identified, the system automatically generates a value that cannot be modified.

• What does the condition of my device mean?

  There are four common grades for trade-in devices: Flawless, Good, Average and Below Average. These grades are based on the physical condition of your device and how well it works.

• Are the valuations and conditions shown for my trade-in device fixed?

  North Ladder's representative will evaluate your device to give you the final valuation and condition for your trade-in device.

• Do I handover the device to the courier agent who has come to collect the device? Is he an authorized service representative of yours?

  You may hand over the device to the pickup agent after receiving a confirmation from us.

• What happens to my personal data on the device? How will you ensure it won't be misused?

  Please backup your personal data before you hand over the device as during the repair, data will be removed by (an) Authorised Service Centre(s).
