How to Cancel Your Order

You can cancel your order directly from the "Orders" under "Tracking Details" page in your noon account.

Before Your Order Is Packed:

  1. You can cancel one or multiple items before packing begins:
  2. Visit the Tracking Details page for your order.
  3. Click Cancel Items.
  4. Select the items you wish to cancel and provide a reason code.
  5. To cancel the entire order, select all items.

Once successful, you’ll receive an email and app notification confirming the cancellation.

Note: Cancellations are irreversible once confirmed.


After Your Order Is Packed:

  1. You can still cancel a shipment before it’s delivered:
  2. Go to the Tracking Details page for that shipment.
  3. Click Cancel Shipment.
  4. To cancel the entire order, repeat this for each shipment.
  5. The status will change to Pending Cancellation and can’t be reversed.

The shipment will be officially marked as canceled once it reaches the warehouse.


Refunds: You can check your applicable refund details on the "Track Refund" page.
