How does Cash on Delivery work?

If you prefer not to make an online payment, you can choose to pay in cash when your order is delivered. Carrier charges apply as follows:

UAE: AED 12
KSA: SAR 18
Egypt: EGP 10

The total amount shown at checkout includes the product price, shipping fee, and carrier charges.

Guidelines for COD orders:
  1. Some items may only be available for prepaid payment methods (such as credit/debit cards, Buy Now Pay Later, or wallets).
  2. COD is not available for locker deliveries, gift addresses, or certain doorstep deliveries.
  3. Customers with multiple pending COD orders may be temporarily restricted from placing new COD orders.
  4. COD order value limits: up to AED 6,500 in the UAE, SAR 6,500 in KSA, and 25000 EGP in Egypt.
