Currently, the trade-in option is available only for selected mobile brands. After selecting the device you wish to buy, you are required to select the device you would like to trade-in to get your estimated trade-in value. You can keep your trade-in device until you receive your new phone. Within 48 hours of receiving your new phone, a representative from North Ladder will contact you to schedule the pickup and send you instructions on how to prep your device before you hand it over. A North Ladder representative will then visit your pickup address on the scheduled pickup date and inspect and verify your trade-in device's condition. If everything checks out and post your confimation, your trade-in will be complete. We'll credit your noon wallet within 48 hours. You can use the credits towards new purchases or transfer them to your bank account.
