I used my debit/credit card for payment, but received the refund in noon credits. Can I transfer the refund back to my original payment card?

Certainly! Just contact our friendly customer service team and submit your request.

For orders cancelled before shipping, the refund will automatically be processed to your card, reflecting within 5-7 business days based on your bank's policy.

As for the duration of the refund transfer, we can process refunds to your payment card within 180 days of the transaction. Refunds beyond 180 days (6 months) from the transaction date won't be possible.
