The noon community allows customers to share feedback or experiences about products, sellers, and delivery on the Platform. Using these community features means you agree to these guidelines and noon’s Terms of Use.
“Community Features” include:
Who can participate?
Any customer with a noon account who has at least one successfully delivered order.
Content Standards- What is Allowed
Honest feedback and experiences about products, sellers, or delivery.
Posts in supported languages (currently English or Arabic).
What is NOT Allowed
Unsupported Language or Gibberish
Non-English/Arabic content
Nonsense text, repeated characters, ASCII art, or text consisting solely of symbols/emojis.
Spam, Self-Promotion, or External Links:
Repetitive text or images made with symbols
Advertising, promotions for competitors, hyperlinks to external sites
Personal or Private Information: Emails, phone numbers, home addresses, license plates, order numbers, etc.
Profanity, Harassment, or Threats: Name-calling, direct attacks, defamation, or inflammatory content.
Hate Speech: Content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, etc.
Sexual or Explicit Content: Though feedback on age-restricted or intimate items is allowed, explicit descriptions or profanity aren’t.
Illegal or Harmful Behavior: Promotions or instructions for violence, fraud, underage use, child/animal abuse, product misuse, etc.
Conflicts of Interest or Paid Reviews: Reviews created or edited by you for your own products/services, or in exchange for compensation. (Also covers friends, relatives, business associates, competitors.)
Plagiarism & Intellectual Property: Only post original content or content you have the right to. No impersonation, no copyright/trademark infringement.
Enforcement & Consequences
If you violate these guidelines, noon may take one or more of the following actions:
Remove or hide your content
Limit your ability to use community features
Remove affected products or listings
Suspend or terminate your account
For repeated/unlawful behaviour, legal action may follow
How to Report Violations
If you spot content that you believe violates these guidelines:
Email care@noon.com
Provide: link to the content or product page, screenshot(s), and explanation of why you believe it violates the rules
If you were offered payment for review content, send the evidence too.
After submission, noon will investigate and take appropriate action.
