Overview
noon Collect allows you to pick up your orders from secure locker locations. Each shipment comes with a unique PIN or QR code to unlock your package.
Using noon Collect
During checkout, select Add a New Address and choose a nearby noon Collect locker. Once added, you can select this locker for future orders.
Availability
The noon Collect option may not appear if:
There’s no locker location nearby.
Items are oversized or fragile.
Your order contains more than four items.
The shipment cannot fit into the locker (it will then be delivered to your home).
Tracking Your Locker Delivery
You’ll receive SMS and email notifications when your shipment arrives. The locker’s location and pickup code are also available in the Orders tab. A reminder is sent when 48 hours remain to collect your package.
Collecting Your Shipment
Use the PIN/QR code from SMS, email, or the Orders tab. Visit the locker within 5 days and enter the code to retrieve your order.
Locker Retention & Refunds
Shipments stay in the locker for 5 days. Uncollected orders are returned to noon, and refunds are processed as either noon credit or returned to the original payment method.
