Noon Lockers FAQs

What is noon collect?

noon collect is an exclusive service for noon shipments, offering you the option to collect your items from convenient locker locations. Lockers are secure storage units that allow self-collection using a unique pin or code.

How do I use this service?

During checkout, click on "Add A New Address." You'll see available noon collect destinations in your area, including location details and timings. Select the most convenient location for you. Once added to your address book, choose this address during checkout to complete your order.

Why wasn't there a noon collect option for my order?

Several reasons could lead to this:

  • There might not be a noon collect location nearby.
  • Selected items might be oversized or at risk of damage.
  • The order might consist of more 4 items or more.
  • In some cases, if the shipment doesn't fit in the locker, it'll be delivered to your home address.

How do I track my locker delivery?

Once your items are in the locker, you'll receive a location link and locker code in the Order tab. You'll also get SMS/email notifications when the shipment arrives and when you have 48 hours left to pick it up.

How do I pick up my shipment at the locker?

To collect your package:

You'll receive a unique locker pin via SMS, email, or in the Order tab.

Visit the locker location within 5 days to collect your shipment. Enter your pin on the locker's screen to access your package.

How long will my shipment stay in the locker?

Your shipment will be available for pick up for 5 days after delivery. If not retrieved within this timeframe, it'll be returned to us. Refunds will be processed accordingly, either as noon wallet credits or back to your card, depending on the payment method used.
