What is a noon Pickup point?

A noon Pickup point is a convenient click-and-collect service where you can retrieve your noon shipments from partnered stores.

Why wasn't there a noon Pickup option for my order?

This could be due to several reasons:

• There may not be a noon Pickup location nearby.
• Some items in your order might be oversized or at risk of damage.
• Your order may consist of more than 5 items.

Can I switch from noon Pickup to address delivery or vice versa?

Once you select noon Pickup as your delivery address, you cannot change it to a home or office address.

How long do I have to pick up my shipments?

All packages delivered to noon Pickup must be retrieved within 5 days. You can check the remaining time in the  Orders tab. If not picked up within this timeframe, the package will be returned to us, and you'll receive a full refund.

What do I need to pick up my shipment from a noon Pickup?

Simply show your unique QR code to the store representative. You can access your QR code by clicking 'My Account' on the noon App or in the Orders tab. The representative will scan the code, and you'll receive your shipment.

Note: The QR code is dynamic and must be shown using the app.

How do I track my noon Pickup delivery?

Once your items are at the noon Pickup, we provide the location link and QR code in the Orders tab. You'll also receive SMS/email notifications when the shipment arrives at the pickup point and when you have 48 hours left to pick it up. Updates will be visible in the Orders tab under "Pending pick up."
