When your package arrives, take a moment to check the tamper-proof seal. If it is looking pristine and untouched, great! If it is broken, damaged, or looks like it has been tampered with, do not accept the package! Hand it back to the delivery person and let them know immediately.

seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for returns. So, keep it sealed
if you are unsure!
