Inspect Your Package on Delivery
When your order arrives, always check the tamper-proof seal before accepting it.

  • If the seal is intact and looks untouched- you’re good to go.

  • If it’s broken, damaged, or looks like it has been tampered with- do not accept the package. Hand it back to the delivery agent and report it right away.

Thinking About Returning an Item?
If you might return a product, avoid breaking the seal. Once the tamper-proof seal is opened or damaged, the item becomes ineligible for return. Keep it sealed until you’re sure you want to keep it.

If the Seal Looks Suspicious
If something feels off, whether the seal is broken or the packaging looks unusual, inform the delivery agent immediately or contact noon Customer Support. We’ll help review and resolve the issue.

Received a Defective or Incorrect Item?
If you’ve accepted the package but find that the product inside is defective or not what you ordered, you can raise a return request through your noon account. Our team will assist you promptly.
