Pop-up stores: returns policy

noon pop-up stores are appearing around the country. If you visited one and purchased an item, you may have some post-purchase questions.
Can I return my item and get a refund?
Products are accepted for a refund in case of a manufacturing defect. You may return the defective item subject to our acceptance on the condition that it was not worn, damaged, resized or altered and the return is made within 5 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are only available on electronic items purchased in a noon pop-up store.
My item is electronic and it is defective. How can I request a refund?
Take a photograph of the item including the defective issue. Take a photograph of the invoice/receipt you received at time of purchase. Ensure the image clearly shows the invoice date, item information, price paid. Send an email requesting a refund with information about the defective product and attach the relevant images.
Is there a deadline for refund requests?
Yes, any requests to refund a defective electronic item bought in a noon pop-up store must be made within 5 days of purchase. This information will need to be clearly referenced in the request email and on the photograph of the invoice/receipt.
How will my refund be processed?
On acceptance of your product return, we will process your request for the refund within 14 working days. Refund shall be in the form of a noon credit for the value of the purchase, which can be redeemed at noon.com
