By submitting a rating or review, customers agree to our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and these Product Review Guidelines, which are subject to change from time to time.
Only customers who have ordered and received a product can submit a review.
This ensures that all reviews reflect genuine, firsthand experiences with the product.
Your review should focus solely on your personal experience with the product you purchased.
It should help other customers make informed purchase decisions. You may consider addressing:
What did you like about the product?
Is the product easy to use?
Does it offer good value for money?
Would you recommend it to others?
What should other customers know before buying this product?
You can also rate products from one to five stars, with five stars representing the best experience. The product’s average rating will appear alongside its name on the site.
We may remove feedback that does not relate to your experience with the product or that violates our Community Guidelines or these review policies.
Reviews containing any of the following are not permitted:
Promotional or advertising content
Offensive, abusive, or illegal language
Hate speech or discriminatory remarks
Personal or sensitive information
Product reviews should only describe the product itself. We do not allow reviews that focus on:
Seller performance or reputation
Ordering or return experiences
Shipping, packaging, or delivery speed
Product damage or missing items
Product reviews are meant to help others understand the product, not the buying or delivery experience.
If you’d like to share feedback about sellers, packaging, or delivery, please contact Customer Support.
You can mention the product’s price only if it relates to its value (e.g., “Great quality for the price”).
However, reviews such as “Found it cheaper elsewhere” or “It’s out of stock again” are not allowed because they are not useful to all customers.
You may express general wishes about availability (e.g., “Hope it comes in more colors”), but avoid comments about stock status or store-level availability.
Reviews must be unbiased and independent. You cannot create, edit, or post content about your own products or services, or in exchange for compensation of any kind.
This includes reviews for products or services offered by:
Friends or family members
Employers or employees
Business partners or associates
Competitors

Violations of these guidelines reduce trust and harm the review community.
If a user violates these rules, we may take one or more of the following actions:
Remove the violating review or related content
Restrict the user’s ability to post or edit reviews
Remove related products from listings
Suspend or terminate the user’s account
In cases involving fraud, manipulation, or violations of local law, we may take legal action, which could lead to civil or criminal penalties.
If unusual reviewing behavior is detected, we may also limit a user’s ability to post reviews or reduce the visibility of their reviews.
