Seller Review Guidelines

What are Seller Reviews?

Seller Reviews are a way for noon customers to share their feedbacks and experiences when buying from sellers on noon. All seller reviews must follow our noon Community Guidelines and Seller Review Guidelines.

By using our review features, customers agree to our terms of use and Community Guidelines. Customers also agree to these seller review guidelines, which we update from time to time.

Who can participate

Only customers who have purchased a product from a seller through noon can share feedback about the seller.

What should it include?

Your comments should focus on your buying experience and answer some of the following questions:

  • Did you receive the same item as described on the platform?
  • Was the seller professional and was their work of good quality?
  • Would you buy from this seller again?
  • What would have improved your experience with the seller?

You can rate sellers from one to five stars, with five stars being the best. The seller's overall rating will appear beside their name on our site.

What is not allowed

We have the right to remove feedback that isn't about your experience with the seller or violates one of our community or seller review guidelines. If your feedback includes any of the following, we'll remove it:

Community Guideline Violations
Community guidelines restricts content with any of the following:

  • Promotional content
  • Offensive language
  • Abusive or illegal content
  • Personal information

Delivery, Product, or Platform Feedback
We don’t allow seller feedback that focuses on:

  • Ordering issues
  • Shipping packaging
  • Shipping cost and speed
  • Platform issues (Cashback, Promotions, Customer Support)
  • Product reviews (submit separately as product reviews)

Why not? Seller feedback is meant to help sellers improve on the things they can control, not on an order’s overall experience. Many sellers have no control over experiences such as delivery or cashback. That being said, we still want to hear your feedback about delivery and products, just not in seller feedback.

Please raise any issues with the platform by contacting customer support.

Questions or Requests
Sellers don’t have a way to directly respond to any questions or requests in Seller feedback. If you wish to request a return, please do so through our platform. You may redirect any questions to our customer support.

Conflicts of Interest
It's not allowed to create, edit, or post content about your own products or services, or in exchange for any form of compensation. The same goes for products or services offered by:

  • Friends
  • Relatives
  • Employers
  • Business associates
  • Competitors

Consequences for Violations

Violations of any of our guidelines make the community less trustworthy, safe, and useful. If someone violates the guidelines, we may:

  • Remove their content
  • Limit their ability to use community features
  • Remove related products
  • Suspend or terminate their account

If we find unusual reviewing behavior, we might limit the ability to submit reviews or visibility and effect of those reviews.

If someone violates local laws, we might take legal action that results in civil and criminal penalties.

How to report violations

Please email help@noon.com. Tell us where the content is and why you think it's a violation.

If someone offers you compensation for creating, editing, or posting content that violates our guidelines, forward the offer to help@noon.com. Please include:

  • Contact information
  • Product detail page
  • Screenshot of the compensation offer

After we receive your report, we'll investigate and take appropriate action.
