Seller Review Guidelines

Seller reviews on noon help customers make informed decisions and encourage sellers to maintain high service standards. To keep reviews that are helpful, authentic, and respectful, all customer feedback must follow the guidelines below.

Purpose of Seller Reviews

Seller reviews allow customers to share experiences about their interactions with sellers, including product quality, delivery experience, communication, and overall satisfaction.
Each review is carefully monitored to ensure it reflects genuine customer experiences and maintains platform integrity.


Guidelines for Writing a Review

To keep the review system fair and valuable for everyone, reviews must:

  • Reflect your personal experience with the seller or product purchased through noon.

  • Be relevant, factual, and based on actual transactions.

  • Focus on aspects such as delivery time, packaging, item condition, and service quality.


Content That Is Not Allowed

The following types of content will be removed if found in any review:

1. Inappropriate or Unsupported Language

  • Use of profanity or obscene language.

  • Reviews written in unsupported languages or unintelligible text.

  • Excessive symbols, emojis, or repetitive characters.

2. Promotional or Fraudulent Content

  • Advertising or promotional text related to other sellers or external websites.

  • Links to competitor platforms or any non-noon site.

  • Misleading, spam, or fake reviews not based on real purchases.

3. Personal or Sensitive Information

  • Sharing personal data such as names, contact numbers, email addresses, or social media handles.

  • Any attempt to identify another customer, seller, or noon employee.

4. Harmful or Unsafe Content

  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination of any kind.

  • Sexually explicit content or imagery.

  • Promotion of illegal or unsafe activities.


Moderation and Review Removal

noon regularly monitors all submitted reviews. Reviews that violate these guidelines may be:

  • Temporarily hidden while under review.

  • Permanently removed from the platform.

  • Flagged for further action if found repeatedly violating the rules.

Review removal does not affect the seller’s rating unless the review was deemed valid before removal.


Reporting a Review

If you find a review that seems inappropriate or violates the above guidelines, you can report it using the “Report” button next to the review.

You’ll need to be signed in to your noon account to submit a report.
Once reported, our moderation team will review the flagged content and take necessary action in accordance with these guidelines.

noon reserves the right to take down any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend users who consistently post misleading or inappropriate reviews.
These rules exist to maintain trust and transparency between customers, sellers, and the noon platform.
