• Installation services (our delivery team will reach out to schedule your delivery and installation as per the available slots)
• Basic product overview/demonstration
• Standard wire/pipe length is provided by the brand/manufacturer
• Washing machine pipe connectors (inlet/outlet) will be connected to the existing plumbing line
• 15-day free on-site repairs for installation related issues

Not covered under standard installation

• Electrical wiring extension, general electrical work, additional base stand installation, existing plumbing line inlet tap change, outlet pipe extension or any other plumbing work
• Transformer or any other voltage rating adjustments
• Additional installation material
• Dismantling/relocation of old washing machine units

Pre-installation site readiness

• Plug/plug point with suitable wiring and voltage rating within 1.5 meters of the washing machine unit
• Plumbing line inlet and outlet drainage within 1.5 meters of the washing machine unit
• Permission obtained to carry out delivery and installation prior to scheduling the service
• Space has been prepped and cleared for installation
• If a new unit is installed in place of an older unit, the older unit must be removed
