Return and Refund Process
Return:
Items that fall under the returnable category can be returned within the return window shown on the product page, as long as they’re unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Steps to Initiate the Refund:
- Log in to your noon account and go to Returns.
- Click Create a New Return and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose a reason and add more details about the issue.
- Upload images to support your request.
- Select your pickup address.
- Review all details and submit your return request.
Refund:
Refunds are processed after quality checks and credited to your original payment method or noon wallet. You can track the refund under Orders → Track Refund.
