noon has a customer-friendly refund policy:
a) Defective/Damaged Item: If you receive a damaged or defective item, return it in the original condition with the box/packaging intact. Once received, we'll inspect it and process the refund, including shipping fees if applicable.
b) Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, return it in the original condition and packaging. Once received, we'll process the refund along with free 15-day returns.
c) Change of Mind: Cancel your order before shipping or within 15 days of receipt for a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping fees. Items must be in original packaging and condition.
d) Credit Card Transactions: Refunds for cancelled orders are automatically issued to the credit/debit card within 3-5 business days. For delivered products meeting return criteria, refunds are issued as noon store credits within 24 hours, or can be transferred back to your card upon request.
e) Cash on Delivery Transactions: Refunds are issued as noon store credits, which can be used for future purchases or transferred to your bank account
