Your cashback (in noon credits) is added to your account within a few days after your order is delivered.
You can track the estimated amount and expected credit date by going to:
Account → noon Credits → Credits → Pending & Expiring.
Noon may cancel cashback credits if any fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
Can I transfer cashback credits to my bank account?
No. Cashback credits cannot be transferred to a bank account.
You can only use them for future purchases on noon.
Do cashback credits expire?
Yes, each cashback amount has its own expiry date, which you can view at:
Account → noon Credits → Credits → Pending & Expiring.
