Transferring Your noon Credits to Your Bank Account

noon Credits are funds from refunds, warranty claims, or promotional credits. They can be used to pay for purchases on noon without using your original payment method.


Transferring Credits to Your Bank
  1. Go to My Account > noon Credits and tap “Withdraw”.

  2. Enter/select your bank details and submit.

  3. Enter the OTP sent to your phone and confirm via email within 1 hour.

  4. Track status in the Transfers tab. Pending requests block new submissions.

  5. Transfer completes in up to 5 days.

Note: Gift vouchers and goodwill credits cannot be transferred.

Limits & Frequency
  • Minimum: 50 AED / SAR

  • Maximum: 3,000 AED / SAR

  • Frequency: Once every 15 days

  • App (UAE only)

Transfer Statuses Meaning:
  • New: Awaiting email confirmation

  • Confirmed: Email confirmed, processing started

  • Processing Credit: Amount deducted from wallet

  • Processing: Request being processed by noon

  • Processed: Approved and sent to the bank

  • Rejected: Declined (e.g., expired email, incorrect details, or bank rejection)
