If your order was placed using the Credit Card EMI payment option, the refund will be processed only to the same credit card used for the purchase. Refunds for EMI payments cannot be issued through any other mode, such as bank transfer or noon Credits.
Once the return is approved or the order is cancelled, the refund amount will be credited back to your card. However, since the EMI plan itself cannot be cancelled, you will continue to pay your regular instalments to the bank.
The bank will adjust the refunded amount against your outstanding balance or reflect it as a credit in your statement, based on their policy. Please contact your issuing bank for details on how your refund will appear and when it will reflect in your account.
