Refunds at noon- Everything You Need to Know
A refund is the return of money for items you cancel or return. Once your return is accepted by noon, the refund is initiated automatically to your original payment method.
Tracking your refund:
You can track the status of your refund in the “Orders” tab by clicking on the “Track Refund”.

Refund Timelines:
Refund timelines may vary based on your payment method and your bank’s processing time. To check the latest status, go to “Orders” and select “Track Refund”.
Additional Information:
Partial refunds may be issued if only some items are returned or if shipping/processing fees are applicable.
High-value electronics may require additional verification before a refund.
Refunds are only processed for items eligible under noon’s return policy.
